Dr. Cooper was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. He attended podiatry school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Following obtaining my doctorate of podiatric medicine . He completed residency training at Salem VA Hospital. Dr. Cooper is excited and thankful to joint First Podiatry and be part of the community in Evansville, Indiana.
